i removed one of my door strips off my astra and it came off ok i just need to use a toffe wheel to remove the glue now but i tried to pull the rear quarter strip off and it ripped the paint off down the the bare metal so now im too scared to pull the others off incase this happens again..
what can i use to remove it without pulling the paint off?

use a heat gun to warm the glue up then pull them off

Make sure you get some heat on it to soften the glue

my mate said to boil the kettle and pour it over and then pull them off.. would this be ok to do?

Hair dryer keeps your hands warm too
Boiling water doesnt

done it now lol come off easy, just poured boiling water over and then run a plastic card through then to remove
