i know its online, but autotrader link to do quotes for insurance gives me decent prices, but always call companys, you wont get anything decent by doing anything online.

I've been with Diamond, Elephant and now currently with morethan.
Didn't need to deal with Diamond but there renewal quote was ridiculous.
Elephant were abismal when dealing with a claim for me, I did most of the chasing for third parties etc myself with solicitors and other insurers etc after nothing was completed after over 12 months!!!
Now I am with morethan.
Luckily I have never had to deal with them yet, but there price was cheap cheap cheap
I pay £28 a month with a £250 excess.
At time of policy I was 22 with 3 points, had 4 years no claims, and insure the Corsa 1.6 Sport. No accidents or claims in previous 3 years. Mum is a named driver.

Diamond always send through more expensive renewal quotes, they think people are stupid (they generally are) and just take that as the final offer.
If you do a new quote on their website we do this EVERY year without fail the price comes down £100 at least.

I did phone up, as I was happy with there service and wanted to stay with them, as I also could not be bothered with the hassle of getting insurance quotes. She could not get the policy below £600! Which is a shame, as I would defo use them again if the price were right.

Tried Diamond and they were £536 excluding legal cover!
Its wierd as she is with Directline and the renewal price is actually better than a quote I get by doing a new quote on their website!
Think we're gonna go with Kwik Fit!

Just For you info. I called up direct line said Kwik fit offerend insurance for £350.
They dropped to £371 from £400 whch we accepted as you get vandalism cover that doesnt effect your ncb and the same if you get hit by an uninsured driver
