as most of you are aware im putting the c20let into my corsa so will be done properly.
do i need to get an engineers report?
if so who can do it? any mechanic??

They only sumtimes ask for an engineers report luck off the draw tbh, just fill your v5 in with the new cc and engine number and send it off, they will contact you if they want a report or not

reason report is asked for smaller engine is because of tax evation and such, if your putting in bigger engine = more tax they no you not likely to lie about payong more money
