Did you get all relevant contact details from the seller?

Well it was Mobby, paid for the courier service, got no service.

He didn't even give me a reference number for the courier.

He now says hes leaving it as that, therefore me £20 down, him £20 up.

Well even if there has been good reports, its still best to get this sorted. If you believe your £20 down then maybe you need to speak to Site Admin and also Ensure you have documentation of the £20 transaction.
