Anyone else get them nights where you just can't sleep? I was awake tossing and turning all night, and feel so so tired. Hate having 2 weeks off work going bed at 3am everynight and waking up at 11am. So so tired :-(

Tablets called sleep-eeze I think, or something like that. Work well, just take one before you go to sleep. Think Tesco sell them tbh

yep we all have the same problem here. i never used to have any problem sleeping and i used to have far worse worries than i have now. can't understand why its just happened in the last 6 months.
i'm gonna get some tablets from the local pharmacy as i don't want another night like this. the only time i get a good nights sleep is when i'm pissed!

really? never knew that. no wonder i'm always tired no matter what time i go to bed when i've had a few.
sometimes i can't sleep when i go to bed, other time i wake after maybe 1-2 hours and then i'm up all night. its frustrating. i find that the worry of not getting any sleep is enough to keep me awake.

i think the fact is that you know you've to be up early the next day and are worried of sleeping in like you've been doing for the past 2 weeks thats what happened to me last night anyway haha
