had quite a few problems with fitting this today.
One thing is the cars reving at 4000 rpm, and a huge hissing noise coming from the engine, so i think theres a leak. also the pipe that i recieved with the manifold is doesnt bend, so what can i use?

I dont know if anybody else had this problem, but i had an extremely difficult job in joining the throttle body with the powerbox.

What power box ,sound like you have a bad joint between the throttle body and box ,did you use the gasket and sealer and the three bolts and nut ,double check the throttle to box seal , then box to the rest of inlet seal.

press down on the inlet box firmly. might not be a good seal between the inlet and the lower inlet

yes it is 4 but one is a nut and you have to open up the casting a bit on the throttle body to fit it, what pipe are you talking about? like I said recheck your sealed ok which you can,t be as you have the huge hissing, also use some sealant on the throttle body gasket.

the hose between the filter and the throttle body. doesnt flex, so the air filet hits the wing. i need some sort of flexible hose i should imagine

Not sure what you mean can you post some pics of what you have done, I think you have gone wrong somewhere are you sure you have connected up the brake servo pipe right, also egr blanking plate has no pipe to it,you have gone wrong or are getting your part names mixed up. should be a bit like this
