MyProtein.co.uk or http://www.sports-nutrition.net

Both bulk suppliers, both unflavoured powders taste fine and both price match each other

I tend to have 1 shake in the morning regardless of gym and when im having a gym session i have one straight after.

I use Sci-mx GPR5

I found it more effective than EAS range.

Also use LA muscle products

Well the creatine only harms if u take them and dont gym it as all of it isnt being burnt up. So long as u use it and go to the gym 4a workout u should be ok

I remember years back when I played football at a really decent level we were given shakes to help us recover from games and training etc... Back then didnt have a clue what was in them. But know now it was some sort of creatine mixed with other stuff...

Cheap and cheerful.....

130 calories, 22g protein, 6g carb

Or are you looking for something with more protein?

I have used a variety of protein shake supplements. i tend to swap thenm round every month or so.

Currently using USN (i think) it's protein and all your amino acids together.

I have a shake immediately after training, 4 small meals per day every 3hrs or so. Im slowly bulking up again.

Sounds like your intake of protein is well over its usefull need. You also need to combine it with carbs and fats so the supliments do not pass through your system.

If you want results quick I guess but the key to growth is eating the right foods and training efficiently.

The protein shakes will help well with a good combination of a good balanced diet.

As protein is the building block of growth and so on it will help your body recover more efficiently, and as the body naturally uses protein as a source of energy before fats and so on.
