My first year of insurance was when i'd just had a crash and was about 700 on a 1.3 Corsa C.

First year in my name was approximately £1050 IIRC, on a Corsa 1.6 at 18 with 0NCB, and no mods at the time.

Now, 2 years later, with 2 NCB and plenty of modifications, its £476.

All my own name insurance was with HIC btw.

Matt, you added your Mum onto the policy as a named driver? I did this for the first time this year, and it went down £116, from the original quote of £592 for me as the only driver.

They were and still are the cheapest by miles for me even now with 5 years no claims.

I choose Bell over the other 2 purely because I can select driving other cars.

As above, add mum and dad as named drivers, brought mine down quite a bit originally although less now.

well I'm paying combined now of £900 for 2 omega's (2.5ltr V6 Elite, 3ltr V6 Mv6 Ex-plod Estate)... Both cars are not standard... Elite is body modifications, Explod is Chipped...

But I do have 6 points, and the cars are group 15 and 17 respectively

yup you can do any modifications to the styling and handling of the car, but engine modifications are the only thing which bring things up.

I'm with Brentacre (been with them for 3 years now), there much better than any other companies I've been with!
