just worked it out and ive spent around £30 and eaten 7.5 foot of sandwich from subway this week.. 
worst thing about it is i have loads of jalepenos on them and as you can imagine.. 'ring sting' 
also i will most likely be visiting there again today

i eat fish etc around subways, but i can afford to put fat on while bulking, maybe not the best way but still
