What would you prefer out of the above 2?

And why?

really like the astra vxr for the power and how easy it would be to get above 300bhp, but the corsa vxr looks more fun because of the size and i prefer the interior....

Dunno, thinking of getting either one of them this year at some point!

I think the Astra looks better from the outside and the corsa better on the inside.

From my own experience I prefer the drive of the corsa although I do feel it needs a bit more power than standard.

Also the astra is a ballache if you are tallish as you sit pretty high up in it.

astra vxrs are dropping pretty rapid in price these days as well

Have a look at the vxr-r or the vxr-s in both astra and corsa, not sure if they are released yet though, they look like they will both be awesome cars

Stage 3 Astra get's my vote. Reason? I prefer the look of the Astra, and feel too old to be buying a Corsa now...

If your after "300bhp" then get another car..... Its not really the reason you should be buying the car is it

Buy it cos you like it, and it drives well, suits what you want etc...

I'd say astra. Corsa is a bit "girly", more something you'd get the wife as as a runaround. Astras bigger, more room, more power, faster, and imo, a better handling car than the corsa.

If he's got an astra GSi, with mild tuning, its not going to be much slower than an Astra VXR anyway.

Astra, because it's not a kids car. A lot more practical for someone like me with a family.

astra, but to be honest i wouldn't put money in a nurburgring, ok there limited edition but for the money you save you could put that into tuning the normal astra

Astra.....

The only things I would take from the Corsa are the front seats and the flat bottomed steering wheel!

Astra and I've had both.

Corsa is better out of the box but needs a remap to keep up with big boys.

Corsa interior is far more modern than the Astra, seats are better in the Corsa but not as comfy.

A black Astra. But I don't think I'd buy either in real life, not really my kind of car...
