I sold my xbox as spares as it had a drive problem or something the guy send me money with paypal but didnt have an address like everyone else alway did, I sent the guy an email asking for an address this was like two weeks before xmas and only today he got back to me telling me the police is going to come chapping at my door

WTF

oh and still no bloody address from him What could this lead to?

I'd contact ebay/paypal, let them know whats been going on and at least that'll cover your back if anything official does happen.

Dont panic, let him open a paypal dispute and then just state that there is no address to send too.

You can't lose. (Although you are delaing with PayPal so i may retract that later........)
