How often do you get them and what are they of?

I normally only have the odd one but this week has been ridiculous

So far I have:
- Had my car stolen twice
- My mum has comitted suicide
- instead of getting fine / points I had the shit kicked out of me by the police
- Had a boy with the gf

The images and feelings are really strong and feels so real - I never normally dream about anything so extreme but this week I've had really rough nights and my mind can't rest when I fall asleep

Hopefully it'll clear but might take some sort of calming stuff before bed and see if that makes any difference!?

Sorry for the randomness

You need to try and have about an hour of calm before bed to slpw your mind down a bit, it might help. Plus it kinda sounds like you are stressed and it's coming out in your sleep!

I had a dream the other night, where I started arguing with a teacher, knocked some others out then ran over the headteacher

My best dream was that they built a track down the road from me, which was half donnington half silverstone, I was racing in an F1 race and came 3rd to Schumacher and Hakkinen

I started reading this, then went to another page and came back. Forgetting it was about dreams, just browsed the bullet points and thought shit what a week.

Fell asleep on the sofa the other day and dreamt that when I woke up there were two guys changing all the doors in the flat to big thick mahogany jobbies. And one of the workers was the 1st team captain from my rugby club.

I then woke up properly. Was really strange waking up twice.

Last time I was in Scotland I had a dream that I was living in a council house, the Queen came to visit and I gave her a tour of the estate on my mountain bike (she was sat on the crossbar). Trouble was I couldn't get the bike up the hill because she was too fat and heavy and my legs wouldn't work.

Fuck knows what Kirsty had slipped in my drink that night. I wish it was rohypnol though, coulda done without remembering that
