Buy homes to rent or renovate to sell, and build to sell in a group with my brother and a local developer.
We started doing all this when the land was fairly cheap, things have changed now and it's becoming less frequent that we build to sell as the prices of land have trebled where I'm from.

Oh sorry did you mean casual money? Erm my gf does, she buys baby/toddler clothes from next in the sales and sticks them on ebay for auction and people bid silly amounts just to get hold of them.

I wonder if you could travel the uk, and pick up all the coppers in the street. If it took you a full 2 years, day in and day out i'd happily do it. £250k a year tax free :lol
