Just after advise really, me and a few mates are plannig abit of a road trip but staying in the UK. We want to work from top to bottom ie Scotland, England Wales and ideally touch N,S,E,W coastlines.
We will be taking the bikes with us to do some biking (pedal power) just wondered where you guys have been/would reccomend etc
Any body here done something similar?

If you do wales, then you have to climb Snowdon (slow walking - 4hrs up, 3hrs down roughly)! Last time i was there, we all stayed at the Beddgelert camp site which is top notch. Plus some top routes for biking/driving and you have atractions like Electric Mountain not too far away.

Grizedale Forest & Winlatter Forest. Both have purpose built bike trails. Not done the Winlatter one but Grizedale's quite good.
They are both in Cumbria, in the Lake District if you dont know where they are.
