Right, im going to buy a vectra sometime this week hopefully but i am undecided on weather to get the 2.0 or the 2.5..
insurance isnt an issue but which one is the quickest and most fun to drive?
i love the sound of the v6 but im thinking the 2.0 will be alot more economical..
much help needed as possible
cheers

fuel isnt really an issue if theres not alot of difference between them but obviously is the 2.0 does 35+ mpg and the v6 is doing around 15 then id proberly go for the 2.0 but if the v6 is around 20-25 and the 2.0 is around 25-30 then that wouldnt be an issue at all

ive never had an average mpg of 15 in my gsi. i think on the way home it was at nearly 29.
infact towing my corsa 320 miles round trip i averaged 25mpg.

Don't expect anything special from a 2.5 v6 sri. I just got rid of mine, was ok, nothing exciting though.

Don't expect the 2.5 to light the tarmac up, there not that quick but defo better than a 2.0 ecowreck

SRi 2.5 V6
0-60= 8.0
Top end = 143
GSi 2.5 V6

them recaro's in the gsi really are nice seats.
if you want a full on spec v6 the cdx is better. climate control and leather etc in later ones. better than the sri for spec.
