Have quite a few eggs daily now, and was wondering if there's a really good technique to putting the eggs in mixing bowl?

One of the eggs always buggers up and then i'm stood there with a tea spoon trying to get a little piece of shell out.

just crack it properly mate, couple of taps on the side of the bowl and bend.

Or use a knife to crack it properly and open.

or eat the shell, its good for you

I normaly just use a knife and give it a good chop but i still get one or two pieces of shell in the pan cant taste them though when its cooked.

Fried egg sandwiches ftw

It's just wrong when you're munching on scrambled egg and then BOOOOM a bit of shell.

Use another piece of the shell to get the little bits out, will work much better than a spoon.
