With the search function gone its hard to find the old posts.
I'm looking for advice on what supplements to take. There seem to be loads out there but nothing giving sensible advice. I'm 6'2" and 11st, looking to bu;k up a bit.
I go 4 nights during the week and once at the weekend. Spending each night doing something different. Felt quite a difference so far, as i've been able to lift 2x or 3x what i started off, but i seem to have stopped. Cant seem to lift much more.
So looking for some advice on what supplements might help. Any suggestions?

I would take a look at your diet before you take supplements. aim for 90g of protein in your diet a day. A search will show you the types of foods you should be eating. Once you've got that sorted then look in to supplements.
My mates are currently taking Nutrisport 90+
