Just got hold fo the gfs sisters car to do a few small jobs on it. One of the jobs is the wipers......
*when you wash the windscreen, it squirts the fluid but doesnt wipe the screen
*when you move the stalk up to the first position, it doesnt wipe. You have to move it to the second position for any wiping to happen.
Anyone got any clues as to what the problem could be? Ive changed the stalk to a different one, but that still did not sure the problem!
Any ideas?

probably just the stalk is fucked
about £5 form a scrappy dead easy to change

changed the stalk, no joy!
will see if i have a spare motor kicking around and give that a go!
