Portuguese man goes to jail for 2 years under new thing death by careless driving, Take a photo of a copper and risk going jail for 10 years under new law (section 76) to protect cops from terrorism.

Just seen the stupid new law (section 76) on bbc london. I agree with the portugese man going down btw i was just using this as example.

Seams a bit disproportionate to me.

Coppers have always been after a way to stop the public recording what they do at work though, terrorism is always convenient.

Funny how lots of terrorism laws never cropped up back when the IRA terrorists were hard at work...

well it wasent murder, nor was it dangouros driving
As extreamly tradgic as it was, it was what seems like a accident.
lets hope none of you lot get into a accident when driving

well in Northern Ireland it used to be true as if the wrong people got coppers photos or details it can get very messy

the government are using terrorism to bring in new laws to impeach on our rights. it doesn't sound too dissimilar to what the Nazi's were doing. everyone had seen the russian revolution and thought "shit, we don't want that here, we best let them have some laws to protect us from the communists" so people let them get away with it because they thought they were safer. they can shit the fuck off tbh
