I drove my grandma's 1.2, I thought that was pretty nippy tbh, so should say the 1.4 goes well (I drive a 2.0DTi so the nippyness could be due to petrol vs diesel etc)

the 1.4 sri is a lil better then the 1.2, it pulls really well up to 60 then it takes a bit more time to keep going, its not as quick as the corsa b 1.4 sport as the b is alot lighter, but as stated there are two engine types z14xe was pre 54 plate and the z14xep was post 54 plate z14xep was a twinport engine just a different design of inlet mainfold. It was just for better fuel consumption nothing to do with it making it faster

I've not long had an earlier z14xe c and I'm not complaining, its quick enough for me to nip round town in and it flys up the motorway. It's not slow by any means but its not going to win in any races lol. 0-60 in 10.5 and 40mpg.
