hi all, i have just fitted fk coilovers to my corsa sport, but when i fitted the back ones i took the rear spring adjuster off as i wanted it very low, but now the wheels sit right in the arch and scrap on the medal part of the wheel arch!
any ideas?
the wheels are et 49, and i have run out of ideas!!

What profile are the tyres? The tyres may need to be changed to be abit slimmer?

doubt there et49 mate. and there deffo scrapping on the arch? as if there et49 they may be scrubbing on the coilovers itself, not the arch.

100 per cent rubbing on the metal work, i will get the tyres changed over 2moz on to the slabs then go from there!

you wont have no problems at all with 195/45 on slabs, go that low you will only have trouble with the inner arches lol

I have alesios and have 195/45 which i also had rubbing problems (only when it hit a bump) just look for some tyres with a more rounded edge, solved my problem
They rubbed right up inside the rear arch on the metal panel.

Running Allessio's and coilovers myself.. Try to get tyres without the alloy wheel protector lip.. I got a budget Hankook tyre with the wheels when I got em new but when I had to get new tyres off my local tyre centre I ran into scrubbing problems.. We measured the tyres and you be surprised the difference in range off all the tyres marked as 195....

Corsa B? Did you remove the screws from the rear wings/arch covers?
