Can someone tell me how to remove a bid that some one has put please thanks.

it clearly states buyers with less than 10 feedback to contact me first

Mailed the bidder asking him kindly to remove his bid and this is the reply i got

may be i would have bought it you twat you could move it your self learn to give some1 a chance

ebay is complete shit these days. i even worry about buying off companies on there now. ive never known people to be so rude as the people on ebay.

to be fair not everyonbe is trying to scam, if you had just said i am messaging to confirm you are genuine and he replied nicely all could be well

If he was genuinely interested he would have read the full drescription and would have put the effort in to email me. imo. i wasnt rude either i politely asked him to remove his bid.

I may be looking at this the wrong way but if you asked him to contact you and you are now speaking to him is that not the same? Not sure how much more genuine he would have been had he mailed first, you would still have been dealing with someone of a lower literary level with a propensity for insult.

Or you might get a wonderfully polite mail from someone who follows your procedure and has no money with which to buy - you don't know.

if this happens with me, then i email them to ask them to get in touch, if they dont reply in a day or so remove the bid yourself. on the bid history page, just follow the cancel bids link.
