What are you supposed to wear?

Only ever been to one before a while ago and don't have a clue what we should be wearing. Am I supposed to go like a hippy or some shit?

Jeans and a tshirt / shirt but expect to have drinks thrown over you and get sweaty (unless your a pussy and bought seating tickets).

Usually interesting trying to get into places in town after a gig but sometimes when the usual "where you been tonight pal?" is met with <insert gig here> they can tollerate you looking like a sticky / sweaty mess and let you in.

Cheers mate that's the type of reply I was after

We're hopefully going into town after it and I was worried we'd be stinking of sweat and covered in booze.

If in doubt firewater will always let you in or campus if you wanna bounce about spilling drinks over people.

Also get a good scoop before you head in if you plan on getting drunk as the SECC dont let you take drinks into the main hall, some cunt always sneaks one in and you get it all over you though!

He's always 100% guaranteed of that when i'm going anyway

People better not be throwing beer and piss, surely it's a bit more civilised?

I'd expect that at a festival but not at a concert in the SECC.

You could just stand up the back where its quiet if you want civilised, but I favour pushing my way right to the front and being in the thick of things.

Basically just wear what you'd wear if you were going into town on a friday night but maybe not q white shirt if you dont want it going see through with sweat and everyone seeing your nipples! lol
