I've booked a holiday to Ayia Napa.

Trouble is- Will my suspended sentance rule me out of travelling into that country?

It was a 18 month sups for 20 weeks inprissonment for section 47. ABH.

He had it coming.

Can anybody please quash my worries + prove that it wont be a problem

Hears to hoping

I always thought that when you checked into Airport.

Your criminal record wasnt anyway linked to the check in. Only your name is.

Basically they dont credit check you/ they just see if your a UK citizen or what have you.

Certain places will refuse you entry, so Id suggest checking the entry requirements for that particular country, as well as the rules on general out of country travel while on suspended.

Id imagine Cyprus wont have a problem, however Id guess it'll be us allowing you out whilst on it is the problem.

You not got some sort of contact whilst on sentence that you can ask?

I was supposed to be on it for 12 months but got off with 6 for good behaviour. It meant I couldnt go to spain for my year abroad but I repeated the year at uni and worked my ass off, then went to spain the year after so its all good
