Drove around London last night with my girlfriend so I grabbed a few pics. It was really cold so only got a few before deciding to come back home!

RAW is your friend.

Excellent set, 2 is my fav' although a tighter crop on the right to where the building is would improve it.

First thing I would do is look at the image as though it was 2. (top/bottom)

I would use the exposure slider to expose the dome correctly, and then some Fill Light to bring back the sky, don't think it would take much to recover.
