ive had a play myself but cant seem to get the wheels looking fluorescent? any tips and can someone have a go and explain how they did it? i tried taking the colour frm my rocker cover but it just looked flat. fluorescent yellow please
feel free to experiment in different colours also

I used the colour off your rocker cover and see what you mean, it came out plain yellow.
I coloured them and then used Colour Balance to add some green and a bit extra yellow, then some lightness. Perhaps too much lightness but oh well.
