I have two questions for you:
1. How do you delete 'recent contacts' from where you send a message?
2. How do you block a phone number from calling/texting you?
Google is no help its more interested in taking photos of a bloke smoking infront of a No Smoking sign.

1. You can't.
2. Calls: Settings > Call Settings > All Calls > Auto Reject.
3. Stop cheating on your bird.
Not sure how to block texts.
