How do you display pictures in the body of the email??

If i attach them there just attachments at the top and if i paste the image code that i get if i host it on my photobucket account or something it still doesnt work?

The option is Insert>Picture.
You will be able to browse your machine for the picture. Ensure your email is set to HTML and not plain text. The picture will be shown in the actual email and not as an attachment.
