Hmm, no bias voting here then.....

Would avoid KAs like the plague....early ones rotted all over the shop...even the engines rusted.

Corsa FTW. Or mk3 Astra 1.7TD

not too sure what you're after but this looks ok. not sure how far away from you it is but looks clean. milage a bit weird but could be a simple type error.

That isnt a bad shout TBH, valeter at work has one with 90k odd on the clock and its nippy as phuck and pretty reliable aslong as you dont buy a dog of a car.

Just listen for timing chain rattle's, common for the tensioner to fail after a fair bit of mileage.

If not go for a Corsa B, you could get a half decent one for 500 and all the know-how + parts from here

the car adam is selling is reliable and good value for money, its never let him down and i have had to talk myself out of having it as a 2nd car. only reason for not habing it as a 2nd car is i bought my 350 to be sensible and have only one. but its cheap to insure, good on fuel and hasn;t let him down

i think best thing to do with so little money is to but something you know is reliable and that means buying from someone who can tell you someones word is honest rather than something you think looks ok

I would get some thing newer low miles and with service history, things like Nova's are old and as i found out today can be a FUCKING BASTARD to sort out even a simple electrical problem
