toms business outside of work hours im led to believe. supposed to know his stuff big time in the conversion and engine building game. spoke to a few local lads says he knows far more than his posts on here would lead you to believe.

thats my 3.0 v6, converting the 3.0 to front wheel drive is a bigger job than you think though, tbh i'd buy a 2.5 aswell as you need a fair bit of stuff from them.
from the 2.5 get the early c25xe engine as the loom is easier to work with as it doesn't use a transponder chip.
you need the sump, pick up pipe, manifolds (rear has to be modified) starter motor, lower and upper inlets, the induction hose from tb to afm. thats all that i can remember from mine.
you will need a gearbox, f16,18,20 and use the flat flywheel from the early redtop or use an f28 if you want 6 gears
then you need hubs mounts shafts better brakes and suspension.
with clearance the inlet catches the bulkhead so i removed it on mine, see the pic above as for front where the slam panel is not as much as a redtop but you still have abit of cleaance.
