Anyone had any this year?

Letter came through today saying we weren't getting one, 2nd year in a row now. But better than losing my job!

We got letters saying all salaried staff won't get a pay rise. I went and spoke to my project manager and I'm getting one though as I'm an Integral part of the construction team and feel undervalued

We got 4.7% rising to 8% if we accept new terms. Unions are saying to go for it as they won't really affect us too much.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Yeah we are still hitting targets but its a private company only 9 branches strong so i think they are holding tight to see what happens then if things improve then they will start giving raises.
