Just buy them and stick them on ebay.

cant its to a festival that doesnt usally sell out so id be sure to loose £££ also they dont deliver the tickets until like 2 days before

Nope, ticketmaster dont have a cancelation policy unless the show is canceled.
And they complain when people sell them on ebay :s

I managed to cancel tickets on ticketmaster before, send them an email explaining the situation, you've got nothing to lose really.

When i cancelled they charged for the tickets then refunded it, so the money went out of my account, then i got it back a few days later
