theres a little bit off water leaking from the seal of the top left hose what goes into the radiator ive changed the hose but still does it isit the radiator? and how much

My Cavalier has a tiny split by the pipe to comes from the thermostat. I ground th plastic down a little to key it then applied hard steel, It's an apoxy I bought from Halfords. Seems to be working, no leaks yet.
