Recently my 6x9 have been crackling, when the car is not moving then there is no problem, but when i start moving they start crackling, could you tell me what the problem is and how can it be solved thanks.

Souds like you may have a dodgey connection going to the speaker. The movement of the car will make the wires move; producing the crackling sound.
Are they run from an amp?

No they are not run from an amp, straight from the head unit.

mine did this, turned out the head unit was knackered
