ive got a 1.4 sri 8v and got a problem with the timing belt not been tight enough and its rattling when accelaratin from low revs but been told its the adjuster/tensioner whatever its classed as but need to which one it is becos theres a few rollers someone mentioned the adjuster with the waterpump can someone please help me
