halford do a dent removing kit, £20, i bought 1 but never used it, duno if there any good.
worth a try though

Big dents are easy to remove, but would strongly recommend someone in the 'paintless dent removal' aka pdr trade to do it for you.
Normally £50 per panel and they will come out to you. Talking from experience, had a dent right across a crease line on my car and hey presto no dent half an hour and a cup of tea later the bloke was finished.
If you are based in the hampshire area look for dentex or if not pop on there web site and have a look at what they do.
