hi i am currently preperring my bonnet for respray and i have took the two wiper washer jets out and whot would be the best way to fill the hols in,and allso were would i get two wiper arms with washer jets on,thank you very much

keep them and fit phase 2 pug 206 fan jets

cut a piece of card bourd out an celotape it under the holes then fiberglass over then remove the cardbourd then sand the fiberglass then filler over it but ste ws idea sounds good

ok thanks but i was thinking about sellotaping some cardbord undernegh and just filling the hole up whif filler would thatt work

fibre glass the front of the hole

then etch the rear, (cut unto the metal)

etch the edges of the hole going into the fibreglass slightly, do this front and back and the fill, it will give the filler something decent to grip to, as it will just fall out if you only fill it from the off.

i carnt keep them as have alredy pulled them out and all the pipes is it a hard job to fill

It is easier to put new pipes there mate. To get a perfectly flat finish and then whole bonnet painted isn't going to be cheap or easy!

i agree but dont just filler over it coz as soon as you slam the bonnet it will crack den you will have to repsray the hole bonnet bin there dne that

They're the ones sean, they are as fook. I fitted them to my phase 1 GTi.

do them 206 fan jets fit in the standerd holes then,cus ar order some,and also what holdes them in place on the bonnet cus i just put a scredriver in the old one and think i broke them

I can't be 100% that they fit but you can certainly make them fit, even if you have to remove the clip and bond it in from behind.

i wudnt fibreglass or bdge , it will crack in time , waste of time , weld it and skim filer but still after a while will crack lol , just leave em lol
