Has anyone tried the two pints of water and two paracetamol before bed trick?

I do it regularly and it works a treat!

Any one got any other tips? (other than drinking soft drinks, or not sobering up)

Nothing works for me apart from time, usually clears up by supper time the following day

Never done anything to prevent hangovers, and never get them. Not sure why though.

I didn't really start getting hangovers until i was about 21, and I started young and drank frequently. I get real bad hangovers these days that last 2 days karma

Stella is the worst for hangovers.

Water is just aiding the water content in your body, I can see how it really helps, but 2 pints after drinking 6+ pints of beer, nahhhhhh.

Best hangover cure.....?

Get up
Drink water, and some paracetamol.
Get your ass to the best local cafe.
Big fat english fry up.

Always fealt ace after that

Beer is the worst.

The bubbles in it dehydrate you overnight, thats what causes a hangover, and thats why the 2pints of water method works,

A hangover is just dehydration.

Water before bed works usually, depends where you have been.
Usually feel shit in the morning due to dehydration tbf. So water helps.

Other than that just dont drink stupid amounts

Thats my morning after remedy

i don't get what i would call a hangover but i get this wierd thing instead. it always happens in the afternoon after a heavy sesh where i lose all my energy and feel like shit for an hour or so. my heart rate increases and i get very hot. then it goes and i'm right as rain again.

Packet of Walkers Salt and Vinegar and a Bottle of Orange Lucozade (the fizzy one) sorts everything out
