create a flase floor in two halves, easier to remove / put in that way, use acoustic carpet on each half

its just the shape around the boot plastics thats the problem as i want it to sit in the recess in the boot plastics

make a transfer out of cardboard, and then transfer it to the mdf when your 100% happy

Mine is as stated above, two halves of MDF with a hole cut in it for the amp, and another for the sub.
Four slots are cut for the harnesses that are bolted to the original seat belt points.

it looks good, only downside, that i can see, is security as everything is on show, unless you tint the windows

that should be easy to make as its small all you needs is cardboard and a pencil

simples, 2 pieces of mdf with 3 holes in, and rounded etc at each end to fit, held at that height by a wooden frame underneath?

laycardboard in boot, push it uip against sides, and where it bends 90 degreees (between boot floor and plastics) cut along that crease line, how id do it, just trial and error

but mine wont mine wont be on the floor its raised up spose its just guna be a lng time sat in the boot with loads of carboard lol

False floor method.....

Get some wood and a few cardboard boxes.

Using a stanley blade, and a stapler, cut and make a template. I used a line from front to rear to seperate mine.

Trace template onto the two sides of wood.

Cut, then trim as needed.

You'll find they then slot in easily (I.E look at the back of the car / \ ) then you can push them down to form a nice snug fit that can't move.

well yeah but it isnt siting on the floor itself its on a frame so its raised up and the plastics change shape as u get higher
