Unfortunately i need 4 new tyre 
Sizes are
- x2 265/35/18
- x2 225/40/18
Been looking around on the net and can get a set of Avon ZZ3's for a good price; some Toyo Proxes PX4E's for about £50 more; but really have no idea what tyres are good and what arent.
Dont really want to have to sell a bollock to buy them either really!!

I have Michelin Pilot Sports on mine and replaced the fronts about 2,000 miles ago. Pretty sure they are 225/40/18s. Got lucky and they made a mistake so ended up paying about £145 per tyre, normally about £160 per tyre.
I rate them, good grip in all conditions and they have lasted me well too.

checked out the dunlop sp sport maxx?
old man has them and rates them highly...think he paid about £110 a tyre for 225/40/18
