first thing in the morning you will be lighter, last thing at night will be heavier

whenever u weigh urself, make sure you weigh urself at exactly the same time every time. morning is best imo.

also dont weigh urself daily , leave it to weekly minimum imo

As said, it doesn't really matter as long as you weigh yourself at the same time on each occasion.

Many people would say first thing in the a.m. though this can be falsely low as people tend to be slightly dehydrated in the morning.
(Though as a result does tend to give the most pleasing figures!)

I just got myself some new scales that measure my bf%. I dunno how accurate they are, but its quite cool.

cool. its just that i weighed myself the couple of weeks before in the afternoon (think it was after lunch and gym workout) and i was lighter than what i weight today (after just breakfast and gym)

Very, im clinically obese on those scales but have very little fat on me. the only way to measure body fat is with calipers, as scales cant determine the difference between fat or lean tissue.

But the morning is the best time for a true weight figure.

1st thing in the morning, always use same scales and on same surface to measure your weight.
