Hello everyone im in need of some help im getting some coilovers this week and was wondering if anyone knows about knock at the rear on the main arm i think. Ive got it lowered 40mm at the rear already and when ever i have to much wait in the car, it makes a knocking and grinding sound. Just wondering if anyone could help solve this problem ? Cheers

See if you can adjust your rear section of exhaust up a bit or could be exhaust clamp hitting ,mine does sometimes but not bothered to adjust it yet, what wheels you using out of interest.

or buy some powerflex exhaust bushes will'll stop the exhaust waving about or get an old exhaust bush and cable tie it to the rear beam?

mine used to do this, i eventually got tired of hearing the sound, so i got it jacked up and played around with it for about half an hour and got it sorted, all you should have to do is either adjust the exhaust clamp so the bolts aren't facing down towards the rear axle, or just loosen it off and twist the backbox so it is located in a different position on the center pipe so that it tucks the pipes up a bit more.
btw mine is lowered 60mm and no nocks
