Are you running XP or Vista?

For XP try:

Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs>Scroll down to JSE (java) usually has a little 'tea cup' icon Uninstall (all java apps)>Restart. Go back to youtube and download the Java again and Restart your machine (again). Hopefully this should work.

Vista: Start>control Panel>Programs and .... then repeat above steps Let me know if it works or not mate.

NB For the Vista i cannot remember what its exactly called all I know it starts with Programs and ....

Do exactly the same for 'Adobe Flash Player' if the above does not work. I had to do the same on my home pc to get onto a game website, such a pain.

Hope this helps
