Looking at a set of 16" Team Dynamics "Speed 8 Bolt" wheels from a member on here.
However, this is the offset they have is below:
Size Offset
6.5 × 15 e+38-45
7.0 × 16 e+38-45
7.0 × 17 e+38-45
Will these wheels fit because i think the offset is ET49 for Corsa B's?

dont have to go for et49. just helps.
the 6.5j x 15 would fit - with minor arch mods (debolt) if wanting to go lowered +40mm more.
7.0j x 16 would be alot harder to fit and require muchous excessive arch mods

The ones im looking at tho are 16". Will i have to buy spacers or anything as they go to a maximum of 45?

The difference between et 45 and 49 is 4mm, et 45 will be fine.
