hi people,
i recently got a vodafone 3gig broadband dongle
model (k3520, huawei)
if i put it in the laptop it works fine............
if i put it in my normal comp or my mum n dads normal comp it wont install!
i just comes up with error message
'administrative privileges are required to run this program, installation will now end'
im logged in as the administrator but it just wont install it or run the disk etc....
i tried ringing vodafone but they were less help than my dog!
and i have spent all morning rebooting windows but still nothing,
so could someone tell me where im going wrong or how to get these 'admin privileges'
any help will be much appreciated,
cheers, brad

If they're vista, try Control Panel, User Accounts, Turn user account control on of off.
Turn that off?
