Right, I won an item from some guy on ebay

Paid using paypal, he never got back to me etc etc, his details were wrong on the "request user information" stuff and I got a refund eventually from paypal for the full amount.

NOW- hes relisted item with "collection only"

Reckon I bid on it, and if I win, say something to him when I collect it?

Call him a twat etc ?

It was a present for my girlfriend and its caused shit cos i promised her a present haha

(I cannot buy setup from a shop within budget hence why I resorted to ebay)

Yeah you should do. Or at least bid on it and not pay to fuck him around a bit like he did you.
