Evening all,
Was just out in my corsa and after driving a fair few miles i was slowing down for a junction, changed down to 1st gear and the dashboard lights all came on an car stalled. Though it was weird, restarted the car, pulled up to a set of traffic lights and the same thing happened again?
Started again and drove for i'd say another 5miles or so and it was fine :? any ideas? (its the early non twinport 1.4 sri)

Is it only when you dip the clutch?

seems to be yes, don't think the clutch is slipping though

I dont have a clue when it comes to C's but do they have a speed sensor?

well today I decided to take the throttle body out and give it a clean up. It was absolutely stinking, and although not perfect it's much better than it was and seems to run a bit better... touch wood!

it's really weird as it's been fine since :S how hard is it to replace a speed sensor?
