Booked a week to Tenerife at the end of July with my partner, last week i was speaking to an old friend on Facebook who told me that my mrs slept with his mate over a year ago, apparently she told him we werent together, even though we were together over 2 years, so i binned her last week.
Trouble is this holidays booked, we paid £400 each all inclusive, its all paid for and all in my name, we both paid half each on our debit cards.....is there anything she can do? Or does one of my mates get a free holiday with me? If we canceled we would only get £64 back so not worth it really.

Isn't really the bloke's fault if he genuinely didn't know she was with someone else (although if they've been together a while he must be a bit naive not to have suspected something was going on).
Also, don't give her anything - call the money she paid for the holiday separation tax...

She can try and claim it back but if you prove that all you were getting back for cancelling was £64 then she would only be entittled to £32 surely? Which I'm sure your mate would have no problem giving her for a holiday
