A night out on a saturday is easily 6 pints and 5 doubles

Approx 68 a week, sometimes its more. I dont get wasted any nights, but tend to have a few beers every night of the week.

Thats, a full night out last sat, few pints on sunday, and a full night out on wednesday.

i'v not drank since sunday which is ages for me. i filled it out according to what i normally drink and it's around the 140 mark in 7 days.

i know, thats why i'm cutting it out for a while. i've been drinking 1.5-2 litres of water everyday since sunday and i feel loads better already. going for a 20 mile bike ride tomorrow too.

normally on a monday i'll have about 8 pints. wednesday about the same again. friday i'll do about 12 pints and a few shorts. saturday could be anything upto 18 beers and a few shorts. sunday i have about 6-8. when i drink pints its always strongbow.

You rarely drink on a Sat these days. Infact you rarely drink. (full stop) I remember when you used to like having a few drinks with the boys. You also used to like sports but not anymore

I've actually calmed down a wee bit recently
Never drink through the week unless there's football on but I'm usually about 8 pints and a couple of doubles on a Friday and Saturday. All depends right enough, if you go to someones house first you can drink a bottle of spirits before leaving the house.
