It may have just been the camber of the road.
Do it again on a flat road.
Could be sticking brake caliper on the side its pulling too.

Yea i had this problem when i first got my alloys although it has stoped now, it could be the brakes although its likely to be the road. There are certain roads around here where i need to be careful because my car pulls to one side. This is usually caused my heavy loaded vehicles such as lorries.

Still might not be equal pressures even if the tyres are new.

Could just be the tracking.

If it was a corsa with eps steering it will most likely be the steering column. Very common. If you start it up with the wheel straight it will sometimes move slightly after you start it . Then you know its the column. With mine jacked up it used to steer all the way to full lock when running!

I once had this problem on an astra i changed the front tyres, did a proper laser alignment nothing worked when coming to sell i swapped the wheels and the problem magically went away .......... not even talking about huge wheels with low profile rubber
